For parents, one of the most crucial decisions that you will make for your child is where he/she attends school. We would consider it an honor and blessing to be able to partner with you in the development of your children within the spiritual, academic, and athletic areas.  We challenge all students, who are the future, to achieve excellence in all these areas.  Below are some of the questions we often hear from prospective families.  We hope that if you have other questions, you will email us or call us at 270.554.1651.
WHAT IF I NEED BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL CARE FOR MY CHILD?

To assist parents whose work schedule extends past school hours, we offer before and after school care. Students can arrive as early as 6:30 a.m. and stay as late as 5:30 p.m. under supervised care.  Parents can choose to pay the hourly rate of $4, or if needed, they can sign a monthly contract ($100/one child, $175/two children, $225/three children) which offers unlimited use of this service.

WHAT IF I CANNOT AFFORD TUITION?

Our hope is to give every family the opportunity to send their children to CCA. To help offset the cost, families can apply for tuition assistance based on their family income and mitigating financial circumstances.  Please visit our admissions page for a detailed tuition schedule and other ways to offset the cost of tuition.

WHAT KINDS OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR PROGRAMS AND CLUBS DO YOU OFFER?

From athletics to the arts and everything in between, we offer our students the opportunity to participate in organized activities and clubs. Students join with peers who share common interests which enhances their academic experience.

ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH A CHURCH?

CCA is non-denominational and as such does not lift one denomination over another. We attempt to lift up and honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as the head of our school.  Students attending CCA come from over 50 churches in Paducah and the surrounding area and represent many denominations.

WHEN CAN MY FAMILY VISIT THE CAMPUS?

We are always excited to share the great things the Lord has done and continues to do for our school. To learn how CCA can meet the educational needs of your family, we invite you to schedule a visit to our campus.  Please contact our school at 270.554.1651.  Once you visit, we are confident that, like our students, you will be inspired to join our community.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CCA?

Academically, we strive for excellence by offering a rigorous and relevant course of study for our students. You will find that our students have excelled well beyond the local, state, and national composite score averages on the ACT which can earn scholarships for college.  The success rate of our Advanced Placement courses are also well above local, state, and national averages.  Our elementary students also perform and score well above their appropriate grade levels.

In addition our students benefit from the following:

  • Opportunities to work one-on-one with teachers during the school day with tutoring available after school if needed.
  • Receive excellent ACT preparation.
  • Incorporation of study skills within the classroom.
HOW CAN I SUPPORT CCA OR GET INVOLVED IN YOUR PROGRAMS?

CCA invites you to join in our ministry. We welcome volunteers and donations, both of which help to make our school successful.  Please call the office if you are interested in volunteering or making a donation.
